Hereford bricklayers 'cementing' future
Meet the construction workers of the future, learning their trade in Herefordshire & Ludlow College, who show us their skills in the building blocks of society.
The bricklaying industry says it needs 33,000 new professionals to meet the government's target of building 300,000 more homes by the end of next year.
And figures from the Office for National Statistics show just 15% of construction workers are female.
