Large fire at Leicester industrial building
Several roads are closed in the centre of Leicester this morning after a large fire in an industrial building overnight.
Firefighters were called to units which house a cash and carry on Bath Lane near Great Central St at around 04:00 BST on Thursday, Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service said.
People living nearby have been urged to keep their windows and doors shut due to a large amount of smoke.
Bystanders told us what they saw in the early hours of this morning, and Leicester Fire and Rescue station manager Darren Weston told Ady Dayman that there are no reports of any injuries and the fire is now under control.
