Memories of dancing at Helston Flora Day
People in Helston are preparing for this year's Flora Day. The ancient spring festival will happen on 8th May as the end of winter is celebrated.
Shops and houses will be decorated while couples dance through the streets, entering some houses and shops to drive out the darkness of winter and bring in the light of spring.
James Churchfield and Tiffany Truscott danced in the Midday Dance in 2014 and have been talking about their day.
