'A TARDIS for the 21st century'
The new Police and Crime Commissioner for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, Rupert Matthews, was re-elected in a close election last week.
Amongst his pledges was the return of blue lamps outside stations and the iconic blue police boxes, which Mr Matthews calls a 'TARDIS for the 21st century'.
He also explained to Kelly Hinch why he thought the 2024 election had been so closely fought.
