Worcester woman 'hacked' for fake Swift tickets
Kerry Plant, from Worcester, was the victim of a scam in which her Facebook account was used to sell fake Taylor Swift tickets.
Kerry told our reporter Gavin Kermack that at least two of her friends spent around £155 each on the tickets, but she thinks the actual total could be more.
Her account now been closed - but only after the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ contacted the social media platform's owner Meta.
It means Kerry has lost more than 15 years' worth of photos and memories - but she's happy that her name is no longer being used in a scam.
In a statement, Facebook said it was investigating the accounts that had been brought to its attention.
It added: "We are continually investing in protections against fraud on our platforms and work closely with law enforcement to tackle this issue," and said that it encouraged users to create strong passwords and to be suspicious of emails or messages asking for personal details.
