"I'll do anything to help" cancer screening trial
Jonathon Hall, from Petersfield, worked as a script advisor for Eastenders' on Alfie Moon's prostate cancer storyline.
Around 12,000 men die from prostate cancer every year. Despite it being the most common cancer in men and there is currently no screening programming.
Prostate Cancer UK's announced a 42 million pound transform screening trial, which aims to try and find the best way to move forward.
As an awareness campaigner he spoke to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Solent's Alun Newman about the importance of the trial.
