Despair & chaos - What's going on in Wandsworth Prison?
It's the UK's second biggest jail, and you may remember was the scene of an alleged escape by Daniel Khalife last year.
Now - the prisons watchdog has called for Wandsworth prison to be put into emergency measures - amid concerns over failings in security and severe problems with overcrowding, drugs, violence and self-harm.
The prison’s governor, Katie Price, resigned during the inspection earlier this week.
The Chief Inspector of Prisons Charlie Taylor has issued an "urgent notification" about conditions there - to the Justice Secretary Alex Chalk.
So what's it really like inside HMP Wandsworth? And what can be done to change the "chaotic" conditions?
