Daughter's search for answers over Mum's death
A Coventry woman says she wants answers from University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire after the death of her mum.
Pauline Clarke died on the 25th of April aged 86.
Her daughter Debbie Poynton says doctors diagnosed heart failure in the days before her death but the coroner ruled she died of acute pneumonia.
She was also critical about the lack of clear communication and says it led to her brother not being able to say goodbye to their mum.
Debbie explained to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR's Phil Upton what happened and the impact that had on the family.
