Andy Day, the longest-running kids TV presenter on CBeebies, tells Nihal how his parenting differs to that of his own dad and the way in which he approaches fatherhood with his two kids and wife, Kat.

He also mentioned how the role of a dad is "partly different" to that of a mother.

"I had a lovely relationship with my dad but there was lots of things I learnt not to do but my instincts are to do them", he said of his dad's parenting.

"I don't have the best patience, especially when you're tired as well, but my wife is super calm", he added.
