Why five libraries are at risk in Havering
Five public libraries in Havering could shut down as Havering Council looks to make savings of up to £300,000 a year.
The libraries earmarked for potential closure are Collier Row, Elm Park, Gidea Park, Harold Wood and South Hornchurch.
A public consultation has been launched by the council into the future of the libraries, with the council saying they need residents help to decide their future.
