There's no doubt if you're a football fan you'll be aware of VAR. It stands for Video Assistant Referee and was introduced in the Premier League five years ago.

It was meant to improve the accuracy and quality of decisions but it's been the subject of much controversy from fans. Now, Premier League clubs are set to vote on a proposal to abolish V-A-R entirely from next season.
