The Longton charity helping schools abroad
A Longton charity is filling its 44th shipping container full of school furniture to send to impoverished schools abroad.
Anwar Hussain of Andrhal Welfare Trust is a taxi driver and collects furniture in his spare time from across the UK.
He began the project in 2007 after visiting his home country of Kashmir and finding conditions hadn't improved since he went to school.
