Opened on the 26th May 1964 by the late Marjorie Ziff whose family own the Merrion Centre still - this Leeds landmark has been home to a variety of shops, restaurants and venues, including The Phono nightclub, an Odeon cinema, a 42-lane bowling alley and so much more including 蜜芽传媒 Radio Leeds!

The 蜜芽传媒's Jack Hadaway-Weller went along to the Merrion Centre in Leeds as the celebrations get underway.
