Sandbanks in Poole includes some of the most expensive coastal properties in the country with the average price for a property last year being over 拢1.4 million.

Netflix reality series 'Buying London' premiered on the 22nd May. It follows a property mogul and his employees as they navigate the competitive luxury property market. The second episode sees agents travel to Poole to view Sandbanks' most impressive listings.

Hosting them was one Lola Massingham, a high-end estate agent from Winchester, who has multiple listings on the Sandbanks peninsula. She began working in prime property at 16 years old and founded her company, Prime Coastal Properties, by the age of 22.
