Wythall’s WW2 codebreaker salutes D-Day 'heroes'
80 years ago today the first Allied troop convoys began to leave ports across the south coast.
Their destination was Normandy.
Twenty-four hours later they would invade Nazi-occupied France.
101 year old Betty Webb from Wythall worked as a codebreaker at Bletchley Park during World War Two.
