Should you be fined for feeding birds?
A fine of £150 has been issued to an Oakwood woman for feeding birds at Derby River Gardens with her son. Jemma Summers has been telling ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Derby's Andy Twigge what happened.
The city council says feeding birds can create unforeseen issues such as attracting rodents and costs taxpayers money to clean up.
