Cowley Road’s Library gets eye-catching makeover
An Oxford based graffiti team has transformed the front of the Library on Cowley Road into a tribute to Oxford authors.
The mural features fictional characters, including the Cheshire Cat from Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, author Colin Dexter's Inspector Morse and Gandalf from JRR Tolkien's Lord of the Rings.
