Does the blue light from our phones really affect our sleep?
Most of us know that you should avoid the blue light from phone and tablet screens just before we try to go to sleep. But most of us, it seems, might be wrong. A scientific review of studies into blue light and bedtime has concluded that the effect might be pretty much negligible.
Newshour's Tim Franks spoke to Dr Lindsay Browning who is author of the book "Navigating Sleeplessness".
