Peterborough's new station quarter
A £65m project to redevelop the area around Peterborough's railway station could create 4,000 jobs and 700 homes, according to a masterplan.
Plans include the refurbishment of the current entrance, a new western entrance, shops and a multi-storey car park.
The document says the project has the ingredients to help the city "flourish".
