Where could a bleed kit save a life?
A charity set up in memory of a Norwich teenager who was murdered is launching bleed kits. The Joe Dix Foundation wants to put 25 bags at sites across the county. They can save a life and help to stop life-threatening bleeding when someone who's been stabbed waits for paramedics. Emma Dix who set up the foundation tells Chris Goreham more.
