'I was almost losing my mind' - Nigerian student

Teesside University has told us it will now help to fund flights home to Nigeria for students it reported to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Office. Students were thrown off courses and ordered to leave the UK after a currency crisis in their home country left them struggling to pay tuition fees.

Following protests and the intervention of the Nigerian government, the university says it has now re-enrolled some affected students and opened a travel fund. One student, who wants to remain anonymous, spoke to our reporter Anna Snowdon but said the offer did not go far enough.
