Stacey Leith from Huyton, who never went to culinary school, begins a six-week European tour with Ed Sheeran next month.

Stacey got her life-changing break in 2019 when she landed a job as the nutrition chef for the Liverpool Football Club team.

She has since worked with rapper 50 Cent, comedian Peter Kay and singer Eric Clapton.
