Uncovering the Waltz of Witley Court
Previously lost for over 150 years, the music of Great Witley has been brought back to life! The music was used for regency-era balls at the Worcestershire stately home and ruins.
Tammy Gooding finds out how the piece was created for the 'Versailles of the West Midlands', most likely for the then Earl of Dudley, by budding composer Robert Holt, with Laura Carson from Witley Court.
