New service to give patients a voice in hospital
A new service at the Norfolk and Norwich University hospital hopes to give adult patients and families a voice.
Call for Concern comes after the campaign for Martha’s Rule – set up after the death of a teenager from sepsis in London. Her family say their concerns were ignored and a coroner said earlier intervention may have saved her life.
