
Gabby Logan: ‘It’s never too late to make a change’

Sports presenter and podcast host Gabby Logan has written a book, The Midpoint Plan, which aims to highlight the joys that can come from reaching your midlife.
Her podcast, The Midpoint, is home to discussions with a range of guests about their tips for midlife as well as the things she has learnt along the way.
She joined Krupa Padhy in the Woman’s Hour studio to discuss the importance of making sure we look after ourselves first in order to take care of others. She also highlighted how eating well and light exercise stands us in good stead as we get older.
