Diane Atkins from Southend is a finalist in the Make a Difference Awards volunteer category for 2024. Diane has spent the past few years of her life volunteering in and around the Southend area, giving her time to the RAF Air Cadets and a Southend soup kitchen. Diane also volunteers at her local Park Run.
