Ice cream van swamped at Harlyn Bay
It鈥檚 thought a long queue for cones had kept the driver busy and distracted as the tide came in. Catherine Smith has been telling Julie Skentelbery about what she saw.
Eventually the van had to be abandoned and the driver was safe and well and not in the vehicle
