A Worcestershire nurse is using the power of 'how are you' to achieve surprising results, popping in to a local cafe, asking people how they are feeling and what is bothering them.

Nicola Noel is a psychotherapist, who says she's concerned about the mental health of the nation - so she's come up with the idea, which is called 'Coffee and Chat'.
