Kate from Great Totham is a fundraiser finalist in the Make a Difference Awards for 2024. 10 years ago Kate's daughter Charlotte passed away aged 23, to an undiagnosed heart condition. Since that day, Kate embarked on a tireless journey to raise funds for Cardiac Risk In The Young, helping the charity to do free heart screenings.
