After battling cancer, Evie-Mae fights for others
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Leicester's Make a Difference Awards are back.
All this week, you'll be meeting the nominees in the Bravery category, which is for someone who's shown outstanding courage, defiance and duty in the face of perceived danger, fear or difficulty.
So let's start off with 10 year old Evie-Mae Colk.
Despite being diagnosed with cancer aged 2, Evie-Mae faced her treatment with a positive attitude, raised money for the hospital that treated her, and has achieved a top award with St John's Ambulance.
Jo Bostock went to surprise her at the school with Channel 4's 'Hunted' star and make a Difference Award Judge Mel Thomas.
