Can Liverpool become a smoke free city?
Work is underway on an ambitious target which aims to move Liverpool towards becoming a smoke free city.
Leaders from the NHS, City Council and several other integral industries have met to discuss how they can work together to drive the numbers of smokers down to below 5%.
