Darlington widow 'suicidal' over anti-social behaviour
Kumudini Nicola tells the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Martin Lindsay she's been left "scared all the time" by a suspected racist campaign of anti-social behaviour which saw dog waste left on her doorstep.
It comes as a ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ investigation found councils in north-east England received 31,473 reports of anti-social behaviour in 2023, but issued penalties in fewer than 1% of cases.
Darlington Borough Council said it had "taken action where appropriate" and investigations were "ongoing".
