'This is the biggest threat to our future yet'
The Prince Albert in Brighton says it's under threat of closing from noise complaints if a development next door is granted.
The city council unanimously refused permission for a block of offices next to the Prince Albert pub in November.
But the developer has appealed that decision which will now be decided by the government Planning Inspectorate.
The developer said they did not want to comment.
George Carden reports.
