Wednesfield café owner 'one of the lucky ones'
Scot Griffiths decided to buy the Penguin Café in Wednesfield last year to celebrate his wedding anniversary with Lia Griffiths, who had always dreamed of owning a café.
Mr Griffiths said that since being in a critical condition due to Covid-19, his perspective on life had changed and he had become more impulsive.
He spent eight weeks in hospital, where he was put on a ventilator and ended up in a coma, after contracting the virus in 2021.
