Has Ulez really improved London's air quality?
The expansion of the Ultra Low Emission Zone has had a "positive impact" on air quality and has reduced harmful emissions from cars and vans, according to a City Hall report.
London’s Mayor Sadiq Khan claimed it was "better than predicted" but the Tories said hundreds of millions of pounds had been spent on a "minimal reduction" in pollution.
So what do the figures say? And can we trust City Hall's own data?
