The ice bucket challenge
Do you remember the ice bucket challenge?
Throwing a bucket of icy water over your head became an internet craze after Pete Frates used the challenge to raise awareness of ALS, which is a form of motor neurone disease.
Pete later died from the disease and his mum Nancy says he inspired her to continue raising awareness and helping others. Nancy Frates tells Gill Kearsley how the challenge became world news and led to millions of people taking part.
