Hampshire woodland transformed by "Great Neighbour"
Eddie Holtham, from Holbury in Hampshire, is a finalist in the Great Neighbour category in 蜜芽传媒 Radio Solent's Make a Difference Awards for 2024.
Eddie inspired a group of 20 volunteers to help him transform the woodland at Warren Copse, "to a place of tranquility and a haven for wildlife. Eddie has also served his community for many years as he was a Parish Councillor, a fireman and a football referee."
The Make a Difference Awards are your chance to say 鈥淭hank You鈥� and show recognition and appreciation for people who love to make life better for others. Nominations for the 2024 awards have now closed and finalists have been selected by a panel of judges. The winners will be announced at our 蜜芽传媒 Radio Solent Make a Difference Awards ceremony in September.
