The Staffordshire oatcake Olympics
Thursday 8th August was Staffordshire Oatcake Day, named by Stokie DJ and author Terry Bossons. Each year fans of the delicacy celebrate the staple Staffordshire dish. This year, the Port Vale Foundation invited one of their regular groups to compete in the 'Oatcake Olympics'. Sadie Haynes from the foundation reveals the champions.
