Plans to reopen Liverpool's oldest cinema
The owners of Liverpool's oldest cinema say they have submitted a planning application to turn it into a sustainable cinema and cultural events space.
Woolton Picture House closed four years ago during the coronavirus pandemic and has never reopened, despite fundraising efforts.
