Carrie Grant blasts ‘broken’ SEND system
Broadcaster Carrie Grant says the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities system is ‘beyond broken’.
It comes after Norfolk County Council spent almost £900,000 on legal battles over support for children in the county.
The money went on what are called SEND tribunals - where parents challenged the council’s decision to decline additional support.
She tells Edd Smith more.
