Hannah Goodwin, mum to 4-year-old Freddie who has childhood dementia, tells us about the phone call that changed her life forever. Ice cream farm, Snugburys have dedicated their new Paddington Bear sculpture to Freddie to help to raise awareness and money for the charity that supports him. Hannah says 'Freddie's taught them so much about how precious life is.'
