Ken Dodd Happiness Centre gets green light
Plans have been approved for a £15 million Sir Ken Dodd Happiness Centre in Liverpool, attached to the city's Royal Court Theatre, where the comedian often performed.
The four-storey centre will celebrate Sir Ken Dodd's legacy, with construction set to begin next year.
The opening is timed to coincide with what would have been his 100th birthday, honoring one of Liverpool's most beloved entertainers.
