23-year-old Josh Moorhouse picked up a prestigious Volunteer of the Season award for his work behind-the-scenes at Malvern Town FC, courtesy of the campaign Pitching In.

Josh had his praises sung by former Nottingham Forest footballer and England Under-21s manager Stuart Pearce, who is on a mission to champion the people like Josh outside of the football league, making the grassroots game happen.

Stuart & Josh took time out from a tour of the ground, in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside, to tell Phillip Stoneman why volunteering is so important, and Josh's value to the club.
