James Batterham from Derby is one of 500 former rugby players across the country who say the sport's authorities didn't protect them from repeated head impacts leaving them with brain conditions. He's been speaking to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Derby's Andy Twigge.
The rugby authorities say player welfare has always been their number one priority.
