Behind The Smile, based in Worcestershire, was set up by Gaynor Pritchard in 2019, after her son Zac died in 2018. Gaynor says she wants to honour Zac's legacy, but is pleading to for people to help manage the charity's services.

Behind The Smile holds counselling classes, walks and get-togethers for people with poor mental health, filling the gaps in NHS provision.
