Are we nearly there yet? The A63 underpass in Hull

It's been more than 5 years in the making but the underpass on the A63 is well underway and is not far from completion. It's part of work on the dual carriageway in and out of Hull designed to improve congestion. It's due to be finished next spring. Peter Levy has been to meet Frances Oliver from National Highways to see how they are getting on.
