Singer-songwriter Pete Boddis from Stourbridge who has been a musician since the 60s has got a record deal after a short film about his life was released.

Pete who's considered a local legend in the area.. is known as 鈥淭he Guv鈥檔or鈥� and 鈥淭he Black Country Cowboy鈥�. He is celebrating his success with a concert for the people of Stourbridge on his 80th Birthday.
