A report by an organisation called "Child of the North" says that children who live in the North, are much less healthy than their peers in the South.

The issues of health and how to prevent illness are very much on the new government鈥檚 agenda, for instance, there will be a ban on the advertising of fast food before 9pm and children will be supervised when they鈥檙e cleaning their teeth.

But how well will these initiatives work?
