Two mothers of children with special educational needs and disabilities from Newton Aycliffe say they've been 'left hurt' after wheelchairs were "not permitted" at Beamish Hall's Forest of Light event.

Beamish Hall Country House Hotel say a complete resurface of all pathways is not reasonably practicable or financially feasible or safe for wheelchair users.
