Westmorland and Furness Council is starting to ask people what they think of suggestions to lower the speed limit in 28 areas and it's set aside 拢300,000 to pay for it.

The 28 areas being considered have all been put forward by parish and town councils. Among them are parts of Bowness-on-Windermere, Temple Sowerby, Orton, Glenridding, Coniston and Roosecote on the outskirts of Barrow.
